1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Touchstone Holistic Therapy, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in any of our services.

2. Services Provided
Touchstone Holistic Therapy offers a range of holistic treatments and wellness services, including but not limited to Deep Muscle Therapy (DMT), hot stone therapy, acupressure, cranial-sacral therapy, reflexology, and nutritional counseling. Services are provided by certified professionals in a safe and nurturing environment.

3. Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. Please understand that Touchstone only gets paid when we deliver a service…therefore missed appointments are costly for us and prevent us from catering to other clients.

That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee of the appointment.

4. Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, if you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time-frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will apply.

Note: we recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

5. Payment
Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All client records and session details are kept confidential, and information will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.

7. Disclaimer
The services provided by Touchstone are intended to complement, not replace, traditional medical care. Our treatments and therapies are designed to support your overall well-being, but they are not substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your health regimen.

8. Limitation of Liability
Touchstone shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
Touchstone reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
